We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Permanent Regional Sales Manager to join our thriving team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to contribute to a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specified region, managing and motivating the sales team, and developing new strategies to improve customer acquisition rates. Prior experience in home services and the pest industry will be a significant advantage, though not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Regional Sales Manager, you will have an array of responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
2. Managing a high-performing sales team to deliver on sales targets.
3. Conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer preferences.
4. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
5. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
6. Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
7. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
8. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
9. Performing regular sales team meetings to align on vision and goals.
10. Prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
2. The ability to build and operate high-performing sales teams.
3. Proficiency in managing the sales process from plan to close.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Strong experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
7. Familiarity with the home services industry and the pest industry is a plus.
8. Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
9. Ability to lead and motivate team members to exceed targets.
10. A degree in Business Administration or relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
