About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with deep experience in high-power open frame and server power solutions, and a strong network within OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
As part of a global leader in power technology, you’ll drive new business, expand customer relationships, and play a key role in shaping our presence across key West Coast markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities with new clients in high-power power supply markets (open frame, server power, etc.).
2. Sales Strategy & Leadership: Drive revenue growth by executing targeted sales strategies across your region.
3. Client Relationship Management: Leverage your existing network to build strong partnerships with OEMs, VARs, and integrators.
4. Technical Consultation: Advise customers using your expertise in high-power power supply applications and integration.
5. Market Insight: Monitor trends and competitor activity to guide internal strategy and product alignment.
6. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline updates and deliver regular sales forecasts to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
1. 8+ years of B2B sales experience in high-power power supplies, especially open frame and server power.
2. Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
3. Strong technical understanding of power supply products and systems.
4. A solid network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
5. Consistent record of exceeding sales targets in technical/competitive markets.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both technical and non-technical).
