We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Service and Repair Manager to join our dynamic team in the elevator industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service and repair operations within the Central and North Florida region, including elevator repair and maintenance, customer service, and team leadership. This is a permanent position that requires a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all service operations within the designated region, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, quality of service, and customer satisfaction.
3. Manage a team of service engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure continuous professional growth and high performance.
4. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
5. Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor and maintain all necessary service records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Continually evaluate and improve service operations and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Provide technical support and expertise in the area of elevator repair and maintenance, ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively.
9. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the elevator industry, with a focus on elevator repair, service and maintenance.
2. Certified Elevator Technician (CET) OR Certified Elevator Inspector (QEI) preferred
3. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
4. Prior experience in the field as an Elevator Mechanic/Technician
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
7. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and issues effectively.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to team members, customers, and stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
10. Ability to travel within the region (20%)
