The RVP will oversee the business operations of all hospitals and the development of Field Staff, and report to the SVP and Chief Operating Officer.

Job Details

  • Provides business, hospital partner and staff management for NYC Team/region
  • Create and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) by providing support and process efficiencies for operations within our Hospital Partners.
  • Develop, mentor and coach team to ensure staff fully understand day to day expectations and projects that affect the organziation locally and nationally.
  • Responsible for continued improvement in field operations by training, auditing and providing specific feedback.
  • Oversee hospital credentialing including system access, hospital space and badging of our team members
  • Travel to Hospital Partner sites and regional Teams with some frequency to enhance critical strategic relationships with senior hospital counterparts and deepen team commitment.


Key Qualifications:
  • Must Be Based in NYC/Greater NYC Metro Area, and Understand Local Healthcare Market
  • 6+ years of experience managing a division/business unit with P&L responsibility.
  • 6+ years experience in a hospital or health care field.
  • Medicaid/HIPP/Revenue Cycle Management experience with an understanding of hospitals systems.
  • 6+ years of experience working with Account Management, Finance and Data Analytics
  • Embrace diversity on many levels.
  • Fluency in another language is a plus.
  • MBA or MHA preferred
