In this role, you will collaborate closely with our pediatric dentist and hygienist to ensure every patient visit is seamless and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing chairside assistance during procedures.
- Greeting and escorting patients to ensure they feel at ease.
- Capturing accurate radiographs as needed.
- Preparing, maintaining, and sanitizing operatories, as well as ensuring materials and equipment are fully stocked.
- Handling sterilization processes and equipment maintenance while adhering to OSHA, federal, and state regulations.
Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in front desk operations, including:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Checking in patients and verifying their information.
- Documenting treatment plans and communicating them to families.
Your Schedule:
- Regular Workweek: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Oral Surgery Support: Assist with oral surgery procedures approximately every 6–8 weeks on Fridays.
What You Bring to the Team:
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Radiology certification
- Current RDA license
- CPR Certification
- Coronal Polishing and Pit & Fissure Sealant Certification.
- Proficiency in dental software (Denticon experience is a plus).
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., with or without accommodations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Skilled in radiograph techniques and infection control protocols.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with patients who have special healthcare needs, including cognitive or developmental challenges.
- A team player who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excels in time management.
