Job Details

As an Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
  • Performing nursing assessments and developing care plans
  • Attending and participating in care plan meetings
  • Providing accurate nursing documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Contributing to resident assessments and completing accident/incident reports
  • Recognizing and assessing changes in residents' physical condition
  • Administering medications, enteral nutrition, and treatments per physician's orders

Skills You Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Preferred: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • Current Pennsylvania or Compact Registered Nurse License
