Job Details
- Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of patients
- Evaluating patient care outcomes and communicating relevant information for continuity of care
- Implementing complex patient care plans and utilizing healthcare organization standards
- Developing goals for professional growth and promoting intra/interdepartmental collaboration
- Recognizing data from complex situations to determine care priorities
- Collaborating with patients/families to prepare or update care plans
- Staying informed about relevant research and bringing ideas to the team for assessment
Skills You Need:
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
- One year of nursing experience
