Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Deliver high-quality, compassionate ICU care aligned with professional standards.
Assess patient needs and provide tailored education to patients and families.
Evaluate care outcomes and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Prioritize and implement care for critically ill patients with complex needs.
Participate in leadership, performance improvement, and cost-effective care initiatives.
Plan and coordinate discharge needs while advocating for patients.
Stay current with research and bring new ideas to the team.
Skills You Need
Active RN license in North Carolina and BLS certification.
Graduation from a professional nursing program.
At least one year of nursing experience, specifically in ICU.
Strong adaptability, critical thinking, and communication skills.
