We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our team! As an RN on our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, progress notes, and other patient information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on their conditions and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced nurses
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Registered Nurse
- BSN degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- PALS and TNCC certifications preferred
