If you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for Critical Care (NICU or PICU) Nursing, or Resource/Float Pool Nursing, we encourage you to apply to this exciting opportunity!
Departments seeking coverage:
NICU
PICU
Float Pool RNs (General Peds inpatient) - Level 1 and Level 2
**For RNs looking to get into critical care, we have a Transitional Care Unit where nurses can learn**
Experience Required:
NICU/PICU:
Requires 2 or more years of experience in Peds/high level acute/inpatient experience
Float Pool:
Level 1 Float Pool Staff Nurse: Requires 1 or more years of experience in Peds (highly preferred). (Floats to acute care/non-critical care units)
Level 2 Float Pool Staff Nurse: Requires 2 or more years of experience in Peds/high level acute/inpatient experience. (Floats to both NICU/PICU and non-critical care units)
**This facility provides the highest level of care for Peds patients from newborn and up. RNs should be comfortable in this setting*•
Desired Shifts:
Days and Nights – Critical Care (NICU or PICU) and Resource/Float Pool used in numerous departments
3x12s, also open to part time (minimum of 24 hours a week)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday. (Holiday rotations may include Easter, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve. Holiday rotations vary by department)
