Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

Provide home infusion services including assessments, medication administration, and patient education
Travel to deliver care in patient homes
Work Monday–Friday, with on-call triage rotation (7–10 days/month, no visits required)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans and respond to complications
Document care and outcomes in EMR, ensuring compliance and continuity
Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and recovery plans

Skills You Need
Active RN license in North Carolina
BSN preferred
1+ years of infusion therapy or home health experience
Proficiency in central venous access (PICC lines, ports)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management
Ability to work autonomously and travel daily with personal vehicle and insurance
