Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse ICU to join our team in the Medical industry. This is a part-time position that requires a candidate with a strong background in Intensive Care Nursing and Intensive Critical Care. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and must be certified in ACLS and BLS.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in the ICU unit
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Educate patients and their families on the care plan and discharge instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research studies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing and Intensive Critical Care
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
