We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our team in Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and is looking for a new challenge. We offer relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical history of patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• BLS certification
• Colorado Nurse Compact license or RN License CO
• Nursing degree (BSN preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
