Are you a skilled and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in Ohio? If you have at least one year of OR RN experience, possess an Ohio RN license or compact license, and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care, we invite you to join our team. We are currently seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse to fill a vital role within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and assisting with surgical procedures in the operating room.
Providing patient care before, during, and after surgery.
Monitoring and maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.
Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient procedures.
Administering medications and anesthesia under the direction of the anesthesia provider.
Assessing and documenting patient conditions and reactions throughout the surgical process.
Assisting in the development of patient care plans and post-operative care.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Valid Ohio RN license or compact license.
Minimum of one year of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience.
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to participate in on-call duties and live within a 30-minute radius of the facility.
Shift Options:

We offer flexibility in shift scheduling, including 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, depending on your preference.
