• Perform initial assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints, to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Assist in the coordination of care, including scheduling appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in nursing practice and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in administering medications and performing various treatments and procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing healthcare trends and embrace new challenges.
