Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic - NO CALL/HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS

Responsibilities:

1. Providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on communicable diseases, medication management, triage, care plans, EMR, infection control, urgent care, and family medicine.
2. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
3. Conducting triage, taking patient histories, and performing physical examinations.
4. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
5. Documenting all patient information and clinical data accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
6. Ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
7. Providing urgent care services, including wound dressing, emergency resuscitation, and other critical care procedures.
8. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
9. Educating patients and their families about disease management, wellness, and preventive care.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
2. Prior nursing experience is a plus
3. Demonstrated expertise in communicable diseases, medication management, triage, care plans, EMR, infection control, urgent care, and family medicine.
4. Exceptional clinical skills with an ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Strong understanding of privacy regulations and medical ethics.
7. Proficiency in using EMR systems and other medical software.
8. Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
9. BLS and ACLS certifications..
