Job Details

Must Haves:
  • Active Registered Nurse RN License in Connecticut
Registered Nurse RN
  • Must be a team player and patient centric
  • Ability to multitask, handle multiple patients, and provide quality care, with high integrity
  • Perform physical assessments and triage patients according to their needs
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers and community resources
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records
  • Assist with procedures and minor surgeries as needed
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
