Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient's vital signs and condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Assist in the management of medical emergencies and resuscitation efforts
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing or Critical Care
- ACLS Certification and BLS Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
