We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse for multiple of our units. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing support to patients and their families. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify any changes in patient condition
• Insert IVs and administer medications as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records using Epic
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is a plus
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus
• Experience in specialty and inpatient setting preferred (will accept new graduates!)
• Experience with telemetry and patient care in an inpatient setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
