Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care possible
  • Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
  • Educate patients and their families on various health-related topics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program
  • Active Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License
  • At least 1+ year of nursing experience (inpatient setting preferred)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility Experience is highly preferred
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist Experience is preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
