We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team! This role is integral to our mission of providing superior patient care within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of nursing staff in the critical care, emergency room, and acute care departments. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to enhance leadership skills, work with a multidisciplinary team, and make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including patient safety and privacy.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for nursing staff.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and retention of nursing personnel.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services.
  • Respond to any issues or emergencies that arise, acting as the point of contact for critical care, emergency room, and acute care departments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to patients.

Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience, in the ER or Critical Care.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional clinical skills with an understanding of patient care regulations and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
