Job Details
RN supervisor overseeing the facility for 3p-11p shift for a skilled nursing facility.
What you will be doing:
Oversee Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate tasks to nurses based on patient needs and staff capabilities1.
Ensure Quality Care: Monitor and ensure that all nursing personnel are following their respective job descriptions and providing high-quality care2.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulations, review nurses' notes, and monitor medication passes and treatment schedules2.
Staff Training and Development: Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and implement corrective action plans when necessary2.
Patient and Family Communication: Communicate with patients and their families, offering emotional support and compassionate care3.
Skills you need:
Previous RN experience within a skilled nursing facility is required
