Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Preparing patients for surgery, completing paperwork, and addressing concerns
Monitoring patient condition during and after procedures
Assisting surgeons by selecting and passing instruments (scrub nurse duties)
Managing the operating room environment (circulating nurse duties)
Educating patients on recovery, pain management, and wound care
Maintaining sterile conditions by cleaning equipment and surgical spaces
Coordinating and communicating patient care to ensure continuity and safety
Skills You Need
Current Massachusetts RN license with BCLS and ACLS (PALS recommended)
Clinical experience in surgery, ER, or ICU settings
Preparing patients for surgery, completing paperwork, and addressing concerns
