We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. This offers new graduates and experienced nurses an opportunity to be trained by some of the best healthcare professionals in the medical industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering high-quality patient care across various departments, including the emergency department, cath lab, operating room, infusion, and med surg.
2. Accurately documenting all aspects of patient care and updating patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
3. Participating in patient education, ensuring that patients and their families are informed about their health, treatment plans, and preventive care.
4. Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
5. Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6. Monitoring patient conditions, recognizing, interpreting, and evaluating changes in patient conditions, and responding appropriately.
7. Participating in continuous training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in nursing.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

1. A valid Registered Nurse license.
2. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to educate patients and their families on various health matters.
4. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
