As a Permanent Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of our dynamic healthcare team, providing critical support and exceptional patient care. This role requires a dedicated professional with a passion for nursing and a commitment to patient well-being. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) will be highly valued. Your tasks will include patient care, administering medication, managing patient records, and working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a high level of empathy and understanding. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatment plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient responses to treatment, and record patient medical histories and symptoms.
  • Perform BLS and ACLS procedures as necessary, with a commitment to patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to formulate the best possible care plans for patients.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, therapeutic procedures, and other aspects of post-hospital care.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
  • Ensure all healthcare regulations and standards are adhered to, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Proficient in BLS and ACLS procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Proven track record of empathy and patient-oriented care.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to work long hours and meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
