Registered Nurse

We're a retirement community that brings everyone together. We have 3 different units such as Memory Care, Independent Living, and Assisted Living. We're looking for an experienced RN to join our team and become part of a great organization helping others.

We're an award-winning, modern multi-level retirement community overlooking Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

We are seeking a Permanent Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents in our residents. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document resident's vital signs and health status
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding resident's care
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families
• Ensure resident safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of resident's care

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior living
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work the NOC shift and weekends
