Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all regulatory affairs related to the company's products and services.
2. Develop and implement regulatory strategies and plans to ensure timely product market entry.
3. Ensure compliance with all applicable domestic and international regulations, standards, and guidelines related to our products and services.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes, and communicate these changes to relevant departments.
5. Prepare, review, and submit high-quality regulatory submissions to regulatory authorities.
6. Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company at regulatory meetings and inspections.
7. Provide regulatory input and advice to the product development team throughout the product lifecycle.
8. Manage and mentor a team of regulatory affairs specialists.
9. Coordinate and prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company.
10. Act as a liaison with manufacturing and R&D departments to ensure all systems are compliant with current regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements for chemical products, both domestic and international.
4. Proven experience as a Regulatory Affairs Manager or similar role.
5. Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
6. Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
7. An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.
8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
9. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
10. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with databases.
