A well-established and growing manufacturer in the chemical and lubricants industry is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support hands-on compliance reporting, product stewardship documentation, and data management across domestic and international markets.

Job Details
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day regulatory compliance reporting and product data management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage regulatory reporting across federal, state, and international programs
- Maintain and update compliance data within systems such as WERCSmart, Assent, iFord, OEM portals, etc.
- Support Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting and related environmental compliance programs
- Manage VOC, PFAS, REACH, TSCA, SARA, and other chemical regulatory disclosures
- Keep our documentation and reporting systems sharp, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and product development to make compliance a competitive advantage.
- Stay ahead of new regulations and help us adapt proactively.
- Assist with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) creation and label reviews.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in regulatory compliance/reporting.
- Sharp eye for detail, organized, and unshakable under deadlines.
