Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Lead all daily, monthly, and annual TTB and state activity reporting
Reconcile excise tax payments against activity reports
Coordinate and conduct audits across Greenfield Global USA sites
Maintain and file TTB registrations and applications
Resolve inventory and serial number discrepancies
Manage alcohol shipment regulations and inquiries from customers/sales
Validate and enforce TTB-related systems and data
Educate employees on TTB processes and compliance
Serve as SME for D365 and backup to Regulatory Accountants
Track and interpret federal regulatory changes and notify leadership
Apply lean methodologies to improve compliance workflows

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or production-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in TTB compliance, internal audits, or regulatory reporting
  • Experience with D365 or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Strong background in excise tax reporting, inventory tracking, and federal compliance
  • Proven ability to lead audits and advise on regulatory risks
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong systems and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
