Get ready to step into a world of innovation and engineering excellence as a Permanent Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Engineer in the Manufacturing industry! This role is integral to our team, focusing on the predictive maintenance and reliability of our rotating equipment in a chemical/petrochemical facility. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our machines and equipment.

Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing and managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Plant Safety Management (PSM) to ensure the highest level of equipment integrity and safety.
2. Utilizing SAP for efficient and effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.
3. Conducting predictive maintenance of rotating equipment, using advanced vibration testing and analysis techniques to detect and diagnose potential issues before they occur.
4. Leveraging PDM Software for enhanced predictive maintenance and reliability.
5. Collaborating with the Chemical Engineering team to ensure the seamless operation of rotating equipment in the chemical/petrochemical facility.
6. Overseeing the control and maintenance of all equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Working closely with the Machine Maintenance Tech team to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of all machines.
8. Providing technical support and guidance in the field of Industrial Manufacturing, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Engineer position must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with CMMS, PSM, SAP, and PDM Software.
4. Proven experience in the predictive maintenance of rotating equipment in a chemical/petrochemical facility.
5. Proficiency in vibration testing and analysis.
6. A strong understanding of Chemical Engineering principles.
7. Experience in equipment control and maintenance.
8. A solid background in Mechanical Engineering, with a particular focus on rotating equipment.
9. Previous experience as a Machine Maintenance Tech.
10. A comprehensive understanding of Industrial Manufacturing processes and systems.
