Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) on equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, maintainability, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all reliability initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures, equipment history, and reliability reports.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on reliability best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role, preferably in the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and maintenance strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
