If you are a highly motivated and skilled attorney with experience in medical malpractice defense and long term care defense, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Defend healthcare providers in medical malpractice and long term care defense cases
- Manage a high volume of cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of residence
- 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice defense and long term care defense
- Strong litigation and trial experience
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases
- Excellent critical reasoning and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
