Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
- Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients.
- Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
- Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
- Ability to work with little supervision; prioritizes and anticipates work needs; works well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
- Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing and able to bill
