This role will involve working closely with our clients to advise and represent them in insurance coverage matters, including coverage analysis, litigation, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of insurance law, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of insurance law, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex insurance policies and advise clients on coverage issues
- Handle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and civil appeals
- Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies and manage risk
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date with case law and regulations relevant to insurance coverage
- Provide clear and strategic counsel to clients, including insurance companies and business owners, on complex coverage questions and risk -management solutions
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar (California or Nevada preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage and related litigation
- Strong knowledge of insurance law, including coverage analysis, bad faith, and defense litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both California and Nevada insurance coverage law
- Background in civil appeals and tort litigation
- Proven track record of successful outcomes in insurance coverage disputes
