Job Details

Requirements:
  • Admission to Texas Bar & Western District of Texas Bankruptcy Courts
  • 2 (+) years of experience in Chapter 7 Cases
  • Experience/Familiarity with the Texas legal system
  • Maintaining Compliance with Bankruptcy codes and local rules
  • Exceptional communication skills; adept at drafting and filing pleadings in TX Bankruptcy courts
  • Google Suite Proficiency
