Job Details
Requirements:
- Admission to Texas Bar & Western District of Texas Bankruptcy Courts
- 2 (+) years of experience in Chapter 7 Cases
- Experience/Familiarity with the Texas legal system
- Maintaining Compliance with Bankruptcy codes and local rules
- Exceptional communication skills; adept at drafting and filing pleadings in TX Bankruptcy courts
- Google Suite Proficiency
