The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing relationships, and closing deals to exceed sales goals. Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will:
1. Utilize your hunter mentality to identify and manage new sales opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Leverage Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and account relationship management.
3. Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and how our solutions can solve them.
4. Drive the complete sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, while consistently exceeding sales targets.
5. Present our technology solutions to clients in a compelling, convincing manner.
6. Collaborate with various teams within our organization to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth.
7. Apply your prior experience in a start-up environment to thrive in our fast-paced, innovative company.
8. Constantly stay updated on industry trends and changes in the DevOps and SaaS landscape.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
2. Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals.
3. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
4. Solid understanding of the DevOps platform and experience selling within the Salesforce ecosystem.
5. Exceptional skills in building, maintaining, and managing client relationships.
6. A hunter mindset, with the ability to identify and seize new sales opportunities.
7. Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and address client challenges.
8. Assertive, resilient, and a team player attitude.
9. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convincingly sell technology solutions.
10. Experience in the Tech Services industry would be a plus.
