We're looking for a seasoned litigation attorney with:

10-15 plus years of litigation experience in state and federal courts
A track record of first-chair trial experience, managing cases from inception to verdict
Stellar legal writing and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial disputes
A proactive approach, strong business acumen, and the communication skills to lead client and counsel relationships
Proven ability to juggle multiple cases, meet deadlines, and deliver top-notch results

Location: Silicon Valley (remote-friendly with travel for appearances)
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation cases
Appearances predominantly in Northern California, with occasional travel to mid- and Southern California
Lead high-stakes trials, collaborate with a talented team, and shape winning strategies
