Remote- Java API Software Engineer, TX, UT, GA, or CA candidates only

One of the Industry leaders in Dermatology TeleMed, our client provides virtual services to treat your skin needs. They are looking to add a Java Software Engineer to their staff! As a Full Stack Software Engineer , you will design and implement high-performance software serving, tens of millions requests a day, with a group of enthusiastic engineers. You will build infrastructure crucial to their frontend and backend applications, and help scale to the next 1 million customers and beyond.

This is a fulltime/permanent position, 100% remote (candidates must reside in TX, UT, GA, or CA), and comes with a HUGE equity package estimated to pay out in the six-figure range. Take a look and let me know if you are interested!

Keys:
Must have heavy experience with RESTAPI development in JAVA, new feature development, and backend integrations is a major plus!
Familiarity with MongoDB and SQL

Responsibilities
· Responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
· Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
· Work in areas outside of your usual comfort zone and get things done quickly
Qualifications
· Prior startup experience strongly desired
· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
· Knowledge of front-end (JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, vue.js etc) and back-end technologies (Java, C++, Spring, SQL)
· BA/BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field
