We seek to hire a full-time employee as a Litigation Administrative Assistant Paralegal with 2-6 years of experience.

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage electronic filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to gather and exchange information
- Assist with document review and production in discovery
- Perform data analysis and organize large amounts of data for use in legal proceedings
- Prepare deposition summaries and trial notebooks
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit preparation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court systems and procedures
- Experience with arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Knowledge of employment and securities law is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
