This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 5+ years of intellectual property experience, who thrives in a collaborative, business-minded environment and is eager to work closely with senior attorneys.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Patent Paralegal to join our team on a REMOTE basis and support a growing portfolio of innovation-focused clients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 5+ years of intellectual property experience, who thrives in a collaborative, business-minded environment and is eager to work closely with senior attorneys.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and international patent applications, including PCT filings
- Track and maintain deadlines using patent docketing systems to ensure timely filings and responses
- Draft and submit formal documents, including IDSs, assignments, and declarations
- Monitor and manage patent portfolios for clients across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate and communicate with inventors, foreign associates, and the USPTO
- Support patent prosecution efforts, including responses to Office Actions and legal correspondence
- Assist with due diligence and portfolio audits as needed
- Conduct preliminary patent and legal research using tools like USPTO PAIR and other IP databases
- Support Managing Partner with administrative tasks, scheduling and project management

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a patent prosecution paralegal role (in-house or law firm)
- Strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT filing procedures
- Proficiency in patent docketing systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
- Strong communication skills and experience working with clients and legal teams
- A proactive, business-minded approach to problem-solving and workflow
