We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative specializing in the Geotextiles industry. This is a full-time, and remote position, offering an exceptional opportunity to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, generating leads, and driving B2B sales. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
2. Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our geotextile products.
4. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders, resolving any issues that may arise.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
7. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
9. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in the Geotextiles.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Proficient in account management, territory management, and B2B sales.
4. Exceptional cold calling and prospecting skills.
5. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
9. Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
11. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
