Remote Sales Manager or Director Needed - must come from HR / background screening company
A bit about us:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager and/or Director to join a growing background screening corporation! The ideal person must be an energetic professional that has the desire to grow their personal book of business, as well as their teams. This Sales Manager position is going to be responsible for managing the current Account Rep. You will also be hands on with major enterprise account management, business development and lead generating activities. They are also looking for someone who wants to strategically work with senior leadership to scale the business.

Job Details
**We are looking for someone who has experience with a company who does Background Screening. This is a Must Have.**
Responsibilities include:
· Define and implement sales strategies that effectively grow the business
· Engage sales leads using defined methodologies (phone, e-mail, video) and guidelines (approved pricing) to convert prospects into paying customers
· Manage and grow partnership relationships
· Participate in RFP Responses as needed
· Meet with clients, attend tradeshows, and travel as required
· Demonstrate the Proforma technical solution as part of the sales process
· Hunt for sales/partnership opportunities to grow your book of business
