Job Details

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
2. Utilizing Hyperion, Advanced Excel, and Power BI to develop financial models and forecasts.
3. Overseeing the cash flow management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
4. Managing data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Providing insightful analysis on LOSS and suggesting strategies for improvement.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address financial needs and challenges.
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations, and advising the management accordingly.
8. Participating in special projects as required, providing financial expertise, and ensuring the financial viability of these projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior FP&A Analyst position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or a professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior role.
3. Proficiency in Hyperion, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
4. Solid understanding of cash flow management, financial analysis, LOSS, and data management.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information discreetly.
9. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
