Job Title: Account Reconciliations Specialist (AP & Expense Reconciliations)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Remote (East Coast or Central time zones preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking an Account Reconciliations Specialist to focus on general ledger reconciliations for accounts payable and expense accounts. This role will be responsible for maintaining accuracy across approximately 80 accounts, ranging from straightforward to highly detailed reconciliations. The ideal candidate will bring strong Costpoint expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Perform reconciliations for ~80 accounts, with a focus on AP and expense accounts.

Identify, research, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.

Partner with accounting team members to review, approve, and ensure reconciliation accuracy.

Maintain organized records to support audits and compliance requirements.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address reconciliation issues.

Qualifications

Required: Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint.

Strong accounting knowledge and prior reconciliation experience.

U.S. citizenship required.

No degree required if backed by significant, relevant accounting experience.

Detail-oriented, diligent, and comfortable handling both simple and complex reconciliations.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Setup & Schedule

Fully remote position.

Candidate must provide their own computer setup (company will provide laptop; personal monitors can be used).

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (cannot start before 7 AM).
