Job Description:
As a Probate/Trust Administration Attorney at our firm, you will play a critical role in managing and executing a wide range of probate and trust administration cases, including those involving conservatorships. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing them with strategic legal advice and support through some of the most challenging times of their lives. This role requires a detail-oriented, empathetic, and experienced attorney who can navigate the intricacies of probate law, trust administration, and conservatorship proceedings with a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of probate and trust administration cases from start to finish, including drafting petitions, managing court filings, and overseeing the administration process.
Provide legal representation in conservatorship cases, including petitioning for conservatorship, representing conservators in court, and advising on conservatorship administration.
Offer comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate proceedings.
Engage in probate and trust litigation as needed, representing clients in court with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
Collaborate with estate planning attorneys to ensure seamless execution of estate plans and to address any potential legal issues before they arise.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to probate, trusts, and conservatorships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in probate law, trust administration, and conservatorships.
Some litigation experience is highly preferred.
Active member in good standing of the [State] Bar.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
