We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Analyst Contractor on a full time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining the operational reporting and driving automation initiatives.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Analyst Contractor on a full time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining the operational reporting and driving automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Financial and Operational teams to assess and automate existing reports.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, forecast future financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and develop solutions to optimize processes and systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of new operational models to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze operational data, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to senior management, supporting informed decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our operations align with best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operational or financial analysis.
- Proven experience in implementing automation initiatives and streamlining operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in the use of financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
