Residential Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

Leading local home builder with a background in single home and multifamily residential construction, is looking to expand their fast growing Multifamily division for in Chattanooga.

The Multi-Family Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
