We are building luxury residential homes throughout the greater Atlanta area. We're a small local company that works closely with customers to build the house of their dreams. We're looking for someone with prior experience as a superintendent or PM that has worked in residential construction.

Job Details

3+ years experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
Experience with complex construction issues lime MEP
Proficient with project management software
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Multitasker capable of balancing multiple clients and projects
Experience managing timelines and working with clients, vendors, interior designers, etc
