We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the medical industry. This is a permanent position for a candidate who has a CRT/RRT credential through NBRC, is licensed through WVBORC, and has an Associate's degree in a Respiratory Care program. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients with acute and chronic respiratory illnesses
• Evaluate patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Monitor and record patient progress, including vital signs, oxygen saturation levels, and arterial blood gases
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• CRT/RRT credential through NBRC
• Licensed through WVBORC
• Associate's degree in a Respiratory Care program
• 3+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and techniques
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
